A home inspection is very important for several reasons. It informs you of the overall condition of the home. In your home inspection I will be going through all the details of your potential home; Foundation and foundation walls, Grading and Drainage, Roof covering materials, Roof Structure and attic, Walls (Interior and Exterior), Ceilings and Floors, Doors (Interior and Exterior), Windows, Chimney Chases, Stairways, Porches, Balconies, Decks, Carports, Electrical Service, HVAC, Plumbing/Water Heater, Appliances, Exhaust vents, Garage door openers. The home and all of its major components are evaluated in about 3-4 hours and then reported to you in a comprehensive yet easy to read electronic report, with facts, pictures, recommendations and tips. If you are able to make it to the last 20 minutes of the inspection I will present my findings with you so that when you read it on the report you will know exactly what I am talking about.
